I'm in the same time zone as most of my clients and when they are in a different time zone I keep in mind the time difference. If need be I’ll modify my working hours accordingly. As I work at home, my schedule is extremely flexible; I change it as I please…

Due to my extensive traveling, some people consider me a walking world clock. Indeed I know pretty much all time zones without having to look them up.

Were I to do so, my office would look like a hotel lobby.

Most of my clients are in different time zones and I need to keep track of their time in order to keep deadlines. I enter my deadlines into a Google calendar - you can have a secondary time zone in Google calendar, which is pretty convenient for that.

Not for work Nov 30, 2019

Yes, but not for work and only on my phone. It's for checking if it's too late to call family back home who live in the future.

Not all countries switch between DST and standard time at the same time either. There can be weeks when it's a shorter time difference than usual. Finland actually voted to stop switching times, but the EU said no...

Same here, I do not need a clock as I know them

Most of my clients are in the same time zones as my family so it's easy to remember. I only need to look it up when the time changes in Spring and Fall on different dates in different time zones.

I really only deal with one other time zone, which is always one hour ahead of mine. I'm not great at maths, but I can manage to add one hour on.

I did briefly over a 24 hour period Nov 30, 2019

I had a client overseas with an emergency, where they had to bring the translation to some officials by 9:00 in the morning their time. I had a 2nd clock going. It was somehow reassuring.

When elsewhere Dec 10, 2019

If I am in a different time zone to CET, I usually leave my laptop clock showing my usual time zone, so I don't mess up deadlines. My phone displays the time at the place where I normally live and the place where I currently am.
