6.1.- PREDIMENSIONAMIENTO
Atendiendo a criterios económicos la dimensión adecuada de la zona que se pretende implantar debe ser de 2.500 has de olivar que es el tamaño que maximiza la rentabilidad.
El diseño de la plantación se adaptará a las exigencias de la recolección mecanizada. Se plantarán olivos de un solo tronco, con planta procedente de estaquillas semileñosas de nebulización. El marco de plantación será de 8 x 5 m, resultando una densidad 250 olivos/ha. El riego se realizará por goteo.
A la hora de determinar el tamaño de la instalación y su ritmo de producción hay que fijarse en la entrada diaria de producto que se originará.
Atendiendo siempre a la obtención de la máxima calidad nos encontraremos con campañas de recogida cortas de unos 50 días de duración media.
La producción media de las 2.500 has de olivar a implantar se estima en 8.000 kg/ha
Por tanto la capacidad de las instalaciones debe ser:
2.500 x 8.000 = 20.000.000 Kg. de aceituna
20.000.000 / 50 = 400.000 Kg./día

6.1.- PRE-DIMENSIONING
Taking in to account the economic criteria, the adequate size of the olive tree plantation area should be 2500 hectares – this size maximizes the profitability.
The design of the plantation will be adapted to the demands of the mechanized harvesting process. The trees will be planted using plants derived through mist propagation of stem cuttings and will have a single trunk. The rows will be spaced at 8 x 5 m, giving a density of 250 trees per hectare. Drip irrigation will be used for watering.
On determining the size and production rhythm of the site the daily intake of the product to be handled must be considered.
Always mindful of obtaining maximum quality, we find that the harvesting seasons are short, lasting around 50 days on average.
The average production of the 2500 hectares to be planted is estimated at 8000 kg per hectare.
As such, the capacity of the installation should be:
2.500 x 8.000 = 20.000.000 kg olives
20.000.000 / 50 = 400.000 kg per day

3. Подготовка за участие
3.1. Участниците трябва да проучат всички указания и условия за участие, дадени в тази документация. Участници, които не са закупили тази документация не могат да участвуват в процедурата.
3.2. Представянето на оферта задължава участника да приеме напълно всички изисквания и условия, посочени в тази документация, при спазване на ЗОП.
3.3. За разглеждане, оценяване и класиране ще бъдат приети само оферти, които отговарят на законовите изисквания и изискванията, предвидени в настоящата документация.
Поставянето от страна на участника на условия и изисквания, които не отговарят на обявените от възложителя в обявлението и документацията, води до отстраняване на този участник от участие в процедурата.
3.4. Отговорността за правилното разучаване на документацията за участие се носи единствено от участниците.
3.5. Всички разходи за подготовка на офертите и участие в процедурата са за сметка на участниците. Спрямо възложителя не могат да се предявяват каквито и да било претенции за разходи, направени от участниците по подготовката и подаването на офертите им, независимо от резултата или самото провеждане на процедурата, освен в случаите, посочени в чл. 39, ал. 4 от ЗОП.

3. Preparation for participation
3.1. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with all conditions of participation set out in this documentation. Tenderers who have not purchased this documentation may not participate in the procedure.
3.2. The submission of a tender implies that tenderers fully accept all requirements and conditions specified in this documentation, in compliance with the PPL.
3.3. Offers shall only be accepted for consideration, evaluation and ranking if they fulfil the legislative regulations and the regulations provided for in the present documentation.
The stipulation, on the Tenderer’s part, of requirements and conditions which do not comply with these announced by the Contracting Authority in the Notice and in the present documentation, shall lead to the withdrawal of the Tenderer from the procedure.
3.4. The correct interpretation of the participation documentation is the sole responsibility of tenderers.
3.5. All costs incurred by the preparation of tenders for participation shall be at the Tenderer’s expense. Expense claims related to the preparation and submission of tenders may not under any circumstances be made to the Contracting Authority by the Tenderer, independent of the outcome or implementation of the procedure, except in the cases stated in Article 39 (4) of the PPL.

ABSTRACT.
Objetivos: La colocación de stents como alternativa a la endarterectomía en el tratamiento de la estenosis carotídea tanto sintomática como asintomática se ha incrementado en gran manera en los últimos años. Posteriormente, con el fin de evitar la liberación de émbolos a la circulación intracraneal durante el procedimiento, se desarrolló el uso de sistemas de protección distal. Sin embargo, su eficacia no ha sido demostrada de forma definitiva. Presentamos nuestra experiencia en el tratamiento endovascular de las estenosis carotídea sin sistemas de protección distal.
Material y métodos: Entre marzo de 2002 y junio de 2007, se implantaron 100 stents carotídeos en 95 pacientes en nuestro centro. No se usaron sistemas de protección. En la mayor parte de los pacientes no se requirió realizar predilatación (86%). Se registraron la incidencia de complicaciones dentro de las primeras 24 horas y las variables hemodinámicas mediante la monitorización de los pacientes.
Resultados: La técnica fue exitosa en (considerando éxito una estenosis residual menor del 30%). No se produjo ninguna muerte secundaria a complicaciones intraprocedimiento. Se produjeron un 2% de complicaciones neurológicas.
Conclusión: En nuestra serie la colocación de stents carotídeos sin sistemas de protección distal parece segura, ya que la tasa de complicaciones neurológicas fue baja (2%). Pensamos que evitar el alargamiento del procedimiento y la manipulación necesaria para los sistemas de protección distal y el uso de los nuevos stents que permiten pasar la estenosis sin necesidad de realizar predilatación, podrían ser factores determinantes en este bajo porcentaje.

ABSTRACT
Objectives: The placement of stents as an alternative to endarterectomy in the treatment of symptomatic or asymptomatic carotid stenosis has increased greatly in recent years. The use of distal protection systems developed subsequently, as a means to prevent the release of emboli in the intracranial circulation during the procedure. However, their efficacy has not been firmly proven. We put forward our experience in the endovascular treatment of carotid stenosis, without the use of distal protection systems.
Material and methods: Between March 2002 and June 2007, 100 carotid stents were implanted in 95 patients in our centre. No protection systems were used. In the majority of patients (86%) it was not necessary to carry out predilation. Patients were monitored in order to record hemodynamic variables and the incidence of complications within the first 24 hours.
Results: The technique was successful in 96.8% of patients treated (a residual stenosis inferior to 30% was considered a success). There were no deaths secondary to complications during the procedure. The incidence of neurological complications was 2%.
Conclusion: In our trial the placement of carotid stents without protection
systems appears to be safe, considering that the neurological complication rate was low
(2%).We think that avoiding the extended duration of the procedure and the
manipulation required by distal protection systems, as well as the use of new stents
which permit to pass through the stenosis without any need for predilation, could be
decisive factors in this low percentage.
